Con fatica stiamo cercando di riaprire l’oratorio. Alla riunione di domenica i volontari non erano molti per cui riusciamo ad aprire solo le domeniche di Maggio (9, 16, 23 e 30). A Giugno vedremo.
Inoltre per aprire abbiamo qualche passaggio fastidioso da fare che già conosciamo.
Tutti quelli che entrano devono dichiarare:
se minorenne: i genitori devono firmare il patto, il consenso per il trattamento dei dati e l’informativa sulla privacy.
se maggiorenne: la dichiarazione sulle condizioni di salute.
I ragazzi iscritti alla catechesi dovrebbero giù a posto con il primo modulo.
Questi due moduli si compilano online (i link li trovate qui sotto) e solo la prima volta.
Ogni volta che si entra invece bisognerà indicare la propria presenza.
Per l’uso dei campi:
– Anche sul campo ci sarà un registro delle entrate (se un ragazzo dovesse essere positivo, avendo giocato senza mascherina è considerato un contatto stretto, quindi tutti coloro che hanno giocato con lui saranno in quarantena fiduciaria)
– ogni campo ha un numero massimo di partecipanti (sintetico 12; rosso 8; volley 12; basket 10).
– se si entra è per giocare e non per stare a guardare
– si può prenotare
– se il campo non è prenotato si potrà entrare a giocare fino all’arrivo di chi lo avrà prenotato o comunque lasciando il posto anche agli altri.
